1997 F150-F250 PCM 104 Pin Connector(4.6L Early Production Just)

The EEC-V powertrain command module (PCM) has a 104 pin connector. To aid you in correctly identifying the connector pins, the back side of the connector (wire side) is embossed with a few numbers.
IMPORTANT: The illustration above and pin-out table beneath use only to: 1997 Ford pickup with iv.6L V-8 engine.

Safety Precautions
Here are some very of import safety precautions when testing the wires coming out of the 104 pivot PCM connector.
- If one or any of the wires on your Ford pickup Do Not lucifer the color stated in the pin out charts, then you should not employ the pivot out charts in this article. Why? Because this is the clearest indication that these ARE NOT the connector pin out charts for your detail Ford pickup.
- Never probe the front end of the connector.
- You should utilise a wire piercing probe and probe the wire a few inches abroad from the connector.
- To see what this tool looks like: Wire Piercing Probe.
- Y'all should utilise a back-probe.
- You should utilise a wire piercing probe and probe the wire a few inches abroad from the connector.
- Yous should never disconnect whatever of the PCM connectors without start disconnecting the battery negative (-) terminal.
